Since our humble beginnings as a basic wash and vacuum shop in 2014, Stanley’s Detailing has remained committed to exceeding expectations, every time. We work tirelessly to make your vehicle look as good as it did the day you bought it.
Owner and lead detailer Robert Stanley lives by the motto: “It’s all about doing it right, or not at all.”
Robert is personally hands-on with every service. He has spent years honing his skills and perfecting his craft, which has given him the confidence to detail and polish even the most expensive vehicles without the slightest hesitation.
His professional abilities were recognized on a national level when he was invited to be a member of the Barrett-Jackson 2020 Show Team, with Adam’s Polishes. As a member of the 2020 Show Team, Robert traveled to a Barrett-Jackson auction in Arizona. Along with his fellow team members, all of whom are among the top-qualified professional detailing experts in the country, Robert was tasked with preparing vehicles for the auction block and show. The team was responsible for preparing over 1,800 vehicles. Robert is also a member of the 2021 and 2022 Mecum Auction team.

Robert’s family-owned company grew from humble roots to become the region’s premier auto detailer, through a steadfast dedication to personalized service, immaculate attention to detail, and consistently exceptional results.
2014 was a momentous year for the Stanley family, as Robert would find himself both losing a career and starting a family.
“We hadn’t even been married two years when we found out we were being blessed with a baby, and it was one month later we found out my plant was closing down for good,” Stanley said. “Being a new couple we struggled. Money was hard to come by, so I took to the only thing I knew I could do, clean cars.”
While Robert may have started out washing cars as a side gig to help support his family, the attention to detail and work ethic he’s now nationally recognized for was apparent from the beginning.
“I remember basically begging people to let me detail their cars for $20. It started out small, but made a huge difference over a few weeks. Once we moved to Vinita I began investing in better chemicals and spending more time researching the correct ways to wash and maintain your car’s paint.”
Robert knew he was on to something, and largely through word of mouth from satisfied customers, his small company quickly began to grow.
“I was working a swing shift job and would come home after working nights and stay up to detail customers’ cars before going to sleep.”
Life took yet another turn for the Stanley family in 2014, as they welcomed their bundle of joy into the world.
“When Payton came along in October of 2014, everything changed. I slowed down detailing for the Winter, and was focused on being a father. At 3-months old he started having seizures. That quickly turned into us spending a lot of time in the hospital, and a lot of driving back and forth to Memphis.”
Motivated by the situation, Robert poured his passion and expertise into turning Stanley’s Detailing into the region’s premier auto detailer.

I personally work on every single car, and make sure it’s up to my standard of perfection before leaving, or I will make it right. I am just a father, husband, and son trying to do what his family needs, and my customers support that and help in every way possible.”
